Food Faire takes place April 27 from 10-3pm at Centennial Park in Nashville, TN. Interested in being a Nashville Food Faire vendor? You’re in the right place! To be a vendor, we have an application process with jurors selecting the final vendor list. We do this to build greater attendance, better shopping experience for attendees, and boosted sales for each individual vendor. Click the application box below to get started!

Application and
Registration Process
Applications are $20 and non-refundable. Our jury will review all applications and make a curated selection of vendors to participate in the fair, as we have limited booth spaces available for our event.
We’ll then vendors via email if they have been accepted or wait-listed. If an accepted vendor backs out, we’ll open up their position to a vendor on the wait-list.
Registration is $400 for the 2025 Faire and includes booth space under our established festival tents and one 6ft. table. Upgraded/Double-booth spaces and tent/table rentals available upon registration.
Please note we DO NOT have room for food trucks or trailers. Only vendor set ups in a 10x10 booth will be accepted.
