Modeled after the popular Food Network television show Iron Chef,  our chefs will have one hour to prepare a dish utilizing a secret ingredient to impress our panel of guest judges!

Make sure to vote in our “best bite of the night” competition, where the MCFW crowd will help decide which restaurant brought their best culinary chops and their Chef will secure a spot in the coveted Iron Fork Chef’s Competition for the following year!

The Mixology Competition will feature some of Nashville's best bartenders whipping up their take on the best cocktail in town. The twist? A secret ingredient. Our panel of judges will crown the best Mixologist in town — and our VIPs will get to try sips of the delicious craft cocktails they've whipped up!
