GRAND TASTING
Saturday will host the festival’s Grand Tasting with sampling booths from 50+ local restaurants, bars and sponsoring beverage brands. Guests will get to watch the Iron Fork Chef competition and Mixology Competition take place, bid in our chef’s plate charity auction, experience specialty wine pairings, sip on dozens of cocktails, try new wines and local brews while enjoying unlimited food then cast their vote for the Best Bite of the Night.

Watch as four of Nashville’s Top Chefs throw down in the ultimate head-to-head cooking competition. Modeled after the popular Food Network television show Iron Chef, our chefs will have one hour to prepare a dish utilizing a secret ingredient to impress our panel of guest judges!

The Mixology Competition will feature some of Nashville's best bartenders whipping up their take on the best cocktail in town. The twist? A secret ingredient. Our panel of judges will crown the best Mixologist in town — and our VIPs will get to try sips of the delicious craft cocktails they've whipped up!

Our tasting seminar tent will host exclusive wine pairing seminars with some of the best wine experts in the country, paired with inspired bites by local restaurants! Seats are reserved for our Culinary Coinnesseur tickets or first come first serve.
